Personal Healing is ongoing, one-on-one work rooted in IFS-informed parts work — in person in Missoula, Montana, or online by Zoom, for people ready to find that starting point.
Ask About Working Together
This work tends to resonate with women who:
“When I have my moments of panic and feel hopeless, I know I can rely on Gabrielle to steer me back on track with clarity and wisdom. With her insightful guidance I have been able to move forward with more self-confidence and a greater sense of inner peace.”
Internal Family Systems starts from a simple but often overlooked premise: the psyche isn't singular. You contain different parts of yourself, each shaped by experience, each with its own perspective and its own agenda — an internal dialogue that can want genuinely different things at the same time.
That's why you can want to change and resist changing in the very same breath. Why you can set a boundary and then apologize for it five minutes later. It's not a character flaw. It's an internal negotiation you haven't had yet.
This is often where people land after they've already done real work in talk therapy — they can name their patterns, but naming hasn't been enough to change how life actually feels day to day. IFS works experientially rather than only analytically, which is often what's needed to take insight the rest of the way: into your body, your relationships, your daily life.
Instead of trying to eliminate or override those parts, the work invites curiosity and relationship:
“The mindset work we did together helped just as much as anything herbal. She gets down to the root of what's actually going on, not just the symptoms on the surface.”
You don't need to arrive knowing which modality you need. Sessions often move between the body, the psyche, and the practical realities of your life — following whatever's most alive in the moment, rather than a fixed protocol.
The center of gravity — identifying and building relationship with the parts driving a pattern.
Examining the stories and beliefs that keep a pattern in place, and where they came from.
Noticing where an experience lives in the body, and what happens when you slow down enough to feel it.
Traditional herbal knowledge and nutritional support, woven in when it genuinely serves the work.
Tarot and archetypal work as a mirror — another way of seeing what's already happening, not a prediction.
Attention to vitality, boundaries, and the body's more subtle signals, where relevant.
“With her energetic work, insights, and herbal medicine, Gabrielle has helped me heal on a physical, mental, and spiritual level. She provides the challenges, and it's up to you how willing you are to do the work to live a more authentic life. My whole life has changed for the better.”
Personal Healing is offered as ongoing, one-on-one sessions — in person in Missoula, Montana, or online by Zoom for clients elsewhere. Sessions aren't a single fix, and there's no fixed number decided in advance. Real change tends to happen through consistency over time, not a single breakthrough.
Each session starts with what's actually present for you that day. From there, we follow what's most useful — which might mean IFS-informed parts work, might mean a conversation about a pattern in your life, might mean something more somatic or symbolic. You don't have to know in advance.
A note on independence: I'm not asking you to abandon anything else you're doing for your health. If you're working with a doctor, therapist, or other provider, this work is meant to complement that — not replace it.
You're also welcome to bring specific goals, or none at all. Both are fine places to start.
I only take on ongoing clients I'm building something real with, which is why regular work happens at a set cadence rather than as drop-in sessions. Here's how it breaks down.
A single IFS and tarot session focused on what's actually happening for you right now. You'll leave with real insight, whether or not we go on to work together. Available for a limited time while I build my practice in Missoula.
My rate for clients meeting with me 2–4 times a month. Psychological work takes time to integrate, so this is the pace I recommend for real, lasting change.
For a one-off session outside of ongoing, consistent work.
There are two rates here: the ongoing rate for clients working with me consistently, and the single-session rate for occasional visits. Both may rise over time with cost of living. But work with me consistently for six months or more, and you've earned permanent access to whichever is lower of the two — for life. Even if you later step back to occasional visits, you'll return at that lower rate, not the single-session one.
* Does the cost feel out of reach? Please reach out anyway. I keep a limited number of discounted sessions open, I'm genuinely open to trade, and there are often creative ways to bring the cost down when both of us have the capacity. Let's have a conversation.

For some people, real change asks for more space than a weekly session allows. I offer in-person retreat resets inspired by traditional principles of simplification, rest, nourishment, clearing, and renewal — structured around your own needs and goals rather than a fixed program. This can be just for you, or it can be curated for you and the people you're closest to.
These are arranged individually, based on what you're working with and what kind of space you need. If this sounds like something you're curious about, reach out and we can talk through whether it's a fit.

The Body of Wisdom is intentionally structured as an independent practice, drawing from multiple traditions and forms of inquiry rather than a single licensed modality. This reflects the breadth of the work, not a lack of training.
Before beginning, it's important to understand: I am not operating as a state-licensed healthcare provider for this work. This is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric care, and it is not necessarily psychotherapy. I do not diagnose or treat medical or psychiatric conditions. If you're experiencing a medical or mental health crisis, please seek licensed care — I'm glad to help you think about where that fits alongside this work.
Clients choosing this work are doing so voluntarily, with a clear understanding of what it is and isn't. If any of this is unclear, ask — that conversation is part of how we begin.
This work is not a substitute for emergency mental health support, a crisis intervention, or licensed medical or psychiatric treatment. If you're in crisis, please reach out to a licensed provider or crisis line first — this work can be a good complement once you're stable, but it isn't built to hold an acute crisis on its own.
Not in the licensed, clinical sense. This work is IFS-informed, but I am not a licensed psychotherapist, and this isn't a substitute for therapy if that's what you need. Many clients use this work alongside therapy, not instead of it — and some of my best-suited clients have already done real work in talk therapy. They understand their patterns intellectually; what they're looking for here is something that helps translate that understanding into practical, lived change — to actually see and feel the shift in daily life, not just be able to name it.
People working through things like:
That's genuinely fine, and common. Most sessions start with what's actually present for you that day — you don't need a diagnosis or a plan to begin.
No. This work doesn't diagnose or treat medical or psychiatric conditions. If something you're experiencing needs licensed medical or mental health care, I'll say so directly, and can help you think through where to find it.
This varies by person. Many clients start with weekly or biweekly sessions and adjust from there based on what feels useful.
Only if it's genuinely useful to you. IFS-informed parts work is the center of gravity; other lenses are woven in when they serve what's actually happening, never as a fixed requirement.
I keep a full, transparent list of my training and background on the About page, since it's a lot to include here.
You already know something needs to change. What's harder is knowing where to start — especially if you've tried before, with practitioners who didn't have the right pieces, and started to wonder if this is just how it is. It isn't. Real change is possible, and that's the work we do together.
Still deciding? The client experiences page is a dozen accounts of what this work has actually been like for other people — probably more useful than anything else I could tell you myself.
