The Body of Wisdom
Retreat Resets

A deeper reset, when you need more than a session can hold.

This isn't a bougie add-on. It's a real investment — in dedicated time, undivided attention, and a space built entirely around rest, natural rhythm, and what you actually need. Loosely inspired by panchakarma principles, but without the intense detoxification protocols — more of a wise-woman emphasis on rest, nourishment, and renewal, hand-tailored to you from the ground up.

Why This Is Different

You've seen the retreat you wanted to go on.

A favorite teacher announces a retreat, and it looks incredible — right up until it lands during a work deadline you can't move. Or you could go, but the friend you actually wanted there couldn't. Or you did go, and the location and food were exactly right, but half the sessions were built for a room of strangers, not for you.

A Retreat Reset works the other way around. It starts with your calendar, not someone else's. It's yours alone, or shared with the specific people you choose. And every part of it — the bodywork, the herbs, the sessions — is shaped around what you actually need right now. High touch, low effort: the only thing you have to do is show up.

Imagine doing this just for yourself — picking a place you've always wanted to go, having every detail handled, and finally getting real, uninterrupted space. Or imagine bringing the people you love most, because what you've actually been craving is connection and being truly seen, together. Either way, it's the same offering underneath: dedicated time, away from a world that runs on hustle, dedicated instead to rest, natural rhythm, and flow.

Your intention matters most here, and everything is hand-tailored around it. Maybe you want to fine-tune your diet. Maybe what you need most is rest. Maybe you're craving space for play and movement. Whatever it is, this reset is built around that — not a fixed itinerary everyone moves through the same way.

The Format

Solo, or with the people closest to you.

Just for you

An individual retreat reset, built entirely around your own goals — real alone time and real space, with nothing else asking for your attention.

Curated for your people

These can also be arranged for up to 8 people at a time — a curated healing experience for friends and family, tailored to what you're all craving together.

One requirement either way: at least one person attending needs to already be an established personal client of mine, so the trust and groundwork is already there.

In Their Words

Words from past experiences.

These reflections are from women who've been through a retreat reset with me. They asked to stay anonymous, so names here are pseudonyms — but their words are real.

"I came in needing rest and left with so much more than that. Being fully taken care of — food, space, everything — let me actually drop in, instead of just managing my life from a prettier location."

Maren K.

"The food alone would have been worth the trip. Every meal was organic, locally sourced, and so beautiful I kept stopping to look at it before I ate. I have never in my life been fed like that."

Adeline P.

"I've done plenty of trips with friends. This was different — there was real structure underneath the ease, and Gabrielle held all of it so gently that none of us had to think about logistics once."

Josie T.

"What surprised me most was how much space there was to just be. No agenda pushing us from one thing to the next — just rhythm, rest, and each other."

Renata B.
How It Works

Arranged individually, from the start.

First

A conversation

We start by talking through what you're working with, who (if anyone) is coming with you, and what kind of space you actually need.

Then

A shape, not a script

The time itself is built around your intention and traditional principles of rest, simplification, and renewal — not a fixed program everyone moves through the same way.

Investment

$800 / day solo · $500 / day for two or more

Groups of up to 8 guests. Travel costs to your chosen location aren't included. Logistics and timing are worked out individually once we've talked through fit.

* Does the cost feel out of reach? Please reach out anyway. I keep a limited number of discounted sessions open, I'm genuinely open to trade, and there are often creative ways to bring the cost down when both of us have the capacity. Let's have a conversation.

If this sounds like something you're curious about, reach out and we can talk through whether it's a fit.
